The hotel is perfectly situated on the beach, offering a great view and is central to nearby restaurants. The rooms have a modern and updated feel, always kept clean, but the service lacked hospitality. The hotel is in a wonderful family-oriented area of Ocean City, just steps away from the beach and conveniently close to various restaurants. The rooms are kept very clean and the service ranges from the front desk to the housekeepers. However, some extra hospitality would enhance the overall experience. It's lovely to grab breakfast and head straight to the beach, but the staff's attitude slightly diminishes the enjoyment.
